I.Overview

HZTC-Z Series Intelligent Console is the auxiliary equipment of high voltage test transformer. Carry out withstａnd voltage and leakage test together with test transformer. This product conforms to the power industry standard: DL/T848.2-2004. The device is mainly composed of electric voltage regulator, test transformer, microcomputer measurement and control unit, miniature printer and large screen true color touch screen.

It has automatic and manual test mode, automatic boosting, automatic timing, automatic return to zero, automatic protection, automatic storage of results and other functions

Output voltage, protection current, withstａnd voltage time and boost speed can be set arbitrarily (speed regulation function needs to be customized by users)

It has AC/DC conversion, tap or cascade conversion function (this function needs to be customized by users)

With intelligent voltage regulation algorithm, when approaching the target voltage, it automatically approaches step by step to ensure no voltage and protect the tested product

It has the functions of zero starting interlock, grounding interlock and gating safety interlock to ensure the safety of operators

It can automatically capture peak voltage and current, which is convenient for breakdown test

Test results can be automatically saved, can be viewed and printed at any time, and can be customized with the PC on-line interface

Perfect protection function, with multiple protection of input and output voltage and current, and sound and light alarm
