VI. Usage
1. Connect the power cable to the 220V AC power supply, close the main power switch on the right side of the pressure stand, and energize the pressure stand. At this time, the power signal light (green light) is on, and the zero signal light (green light) is also on. If the zero signal light is off, turn the voltage regulator counterclockwise back to the zero position.
2. Press the “Start" button. At this time, the working signal light (red light) is on. Turn the regulator handwheel to rotate clockwise slowly. At the same time, keep an eye on the high voltage voltmeter and stop rotating when you reach the required voltage. Wheel, toggle timing switch, time relay start (pre-set pressure time). When the test time is up, the alarm light on the pressure test bench flashes and an alarm sounds. At the same time, the regulator should be quickly rotated counterclockwise back to zero, and the “stop" button is pressed, the contactor is powered off, and the work signal is off. Turn off the main power switch, release the work connection, and the test is completed.
3. The low-voltage over-current value of the test bench is set to 0~50A, and is set according to the over-current value required for the normal test of the test sample. It is set at 80% of the rated current value at the factory. During the boosting process, if a short-circuit overcurrent occurs during the breakdown short-circuit overcurrent, the power supply should be cut off and the voltage regulator should be turned to zero.
4. The high voltage current and voltage indication of the voltage stand must be grounded reliably during the test. If the grounding is not good, it is forbidden to use.
