I.Preface
HZJD-3Z Insulation Oil Tan Delta and Resistivity Tester is a new type integrated instrument, designed according to GB / T 5654-2007, which can be applied to automatically measure insulation liquid dielectric loss, dielectric constant and volume resistivity of the electrical equipment. The advanced measure and control technology is applied on this instrument, which made the process of heating, temperature controlling, high-speed data sampling, calculation, display, printing and storage implemented automatically. Advanced measuring principle and high digital technology enable your work to become more easy and convenient.
II.Performance Feature
1. Highly automated, the dielectric loss, dielectric constant and volume resistivity can be measured simultaneously at a time.
2. Using advanced DSP and FFT technology ensures that the data are stable, accurate and reliable.
3. It has perfect protection and reminder function, such as opening cover and breaking high voltage, short circuit of oil cup high and low voltage electrode, temperature sensor breaking fault, etc.Completely eliminate safety hazards.
4. Because of the integrated design of the temperature controlling and the testing, the instrument can keep smallest and lightest, on the condition that the standard oil cup of 60 pF is used. So it is easy to carry and perfect for laboratory and field application.
5. PID temperature controlling can control the temperature accurately. Intermediate frequency induction heating makes the heating process fast. It takes only about 20 minutes to complete the heating process of the per oil sample
6. With the function of automatic oil discharge, the sample oil in the cup can be emptied without removing it, and the sample oil can be used to wash the oil cup.
7. 4.3 inch TFT LCD screen is equipped, with the resolution of 480 x 272.The window menu is very clear and concise. The design of Four-way navigation button is also clear and convenient.
8. The perpetual calendar inside makes the data recording and printing convenient.
9. With panel-type micro thermal printer, the measurement results can print automatically.
10. Automatic storage of measurement data, up to 100 groups of data storage. Follow the first in, first out principle, when more than 100 groups, automatically overwrite the earliest storage records.
