Description Of Product Structure
Control box panel description:

1. Color touch LCD display, all test information is displayed in Chinese by default, and Chinese and English can be switched in auxiliary functions.
2. Aviation socket: output to the high-voltage unit interface. When connecting the socket, please align the positioning pin first, then press the plug in, and tighten it clockwise. When disassembling, unscrew it counterclockwise. Aviation socket line sequence definition:
①Voltage feedback wire, ②Voltage display wire, ③Internal ground wire, ④, ⑤Reference wire, ⑥⑦Output wire
3. Power socket: single-phase AC power input port, 165-245VAC.
4. Grounding terminal: connected to the system ground. There are two positions on the main unit that can be connected to the ground. Among them, there is a ground wire inside the aviation output line to ensure that the instrument can work normally. If the grounding of the high-voltage unit base is normal, the panel ground wire is double grounded. , to ensure the safety of the staff.
5. Insurance socket FU1: Inverter output fuse.
6. Insurance socket: main power input fuse.
7. Embedded micro-printer: It can print the data displayed on the current interface during work.
8. Main power switch: Avoid using the main switch as a high-voltage stop switch in normal use, except for emergency stop.
9. High voltage emergency stop button, this button is only valid in the test. This button can stop the high voltage output when the touch screen fails or crashes. Or turn off the power directly, and the test product must be discharged before disconnecting the wires!
10. Electronic mouse: manual boost knob ( can replace key function in non-test state ), encoder output mode.
Turn clockwise: menu item selection or value addition; voltage rise in high voltage output.
Turn counterclockwise: menu item selection or numerical subtraction; voltage drop in high voltage output.
Press: the menu item is confirmed; the step voltage value is selected in the high voltage output, and the step voltage value is displayed on the screen in turn until the required voltage value is displayed. The step voltage values are as follows:
60-160kV equipment (0.05 kV , 0.1 kV , 0.2 kV , 0.5 kV , 1.0 kV , 2.0 kV , 5.0 kV )
11. Temperature and humidity sensor: Try to avoid raindrops, direct sunlight and dust coverage, otherwise the data may be abnormal.
12. Data export interface: data export to U disk, the format of U disk is FAT32, and the capacity is not more than 32GB.
13. Communication interface: The default is RS232 interface, which can be changed to RS-485 interface as required. This interface is an isolation interface with a maximum isolation voltage of 1000VDC to avoid damage to the remote host caused by high-voltage discharge.
14. Wireless antenna: wireless signal sending and receiving antenna, mainly used for data transmission between the host and the anti-shock ammeter
