I. Overview

This instrument is a special device for eliminating residual magnetism of large power transformers. It plays an extremely important role in protecting the transformer from the impact of the inrush current, putting it into operation safely and prolonging the service life of the transformer.

During normal operation and testing of large-capacity transformers, residual magnetism will be generated in the iron core. When the transformer capacity is larger, the hazard of residual magnetism will also increase accordingly. Residual magnetism may cause malfunction of the relay protection device, making the transformer fail to put into operation; at the same time, residual magnetism may also cause abnormal test results and affect the power quality after power transmission. Therefore, attention should be paid to abnormal phenomena or faults caused by residual magnetism during the operation of the transformer. To this end, our company has developed a series of transformer degaussing products.

The HZ-3000 power transformer degaussing instrument is a new generation of degaussing instrument independently developed by our company. Using advanced and reasonable compound current method technology, it can quickly demagnetize power transformers and transformers. For three-phase transformers, only one phase can be demagnetized, which is more time-saving and efficient.

II. Technical features

The instrument adopts the advanced compound current degaussing method, and the current impact is small during the degaussing process.

High degaussing efficiency, only one phase of the three-phase transformer can be eliminated, which greatly saves time.

The demagnetization process progress percentage and demagnetization progress indicator bar are intuitive and clear, and the demagnetization current curve map is displayed.

The wiring is simple, and the test wire of the DC resistance can be directly used for degaussing.

The digital current adjustment is adopted, and the current control precision is high.

Using 5-inch color touch screen control, easier to operate.

The test results are automatically stored, and the degaussing current data is recorded without manual storage.

The report can be printed directly and stored in the U disk.

The degree of intelligence is high. After setting the parameters, all the measurement work can be completed by pressing one key.

The software interface is simple and intuitive, and the menus such as storage, report export, and printing are clear at a glance.
