HZXW-800 Low-voltage Transformer Short-circuit Impedance Tester

Transformer Short-circuit Impedance Tester Product Introduction:

HZXW-800 Low-voltage transformer short-circuit impedance tester, mainly used to low-voltage short circuit impedance test in power transformers (single or three phase) Factory, overhaul, pre-test and transfer test. The instrument adopts single phase 220V low voltage power supply, applying current automatically on the AB, BC, and CA high voltage coils of main transformer, collecting data synchronously, and converting the percentage of rated impedance.

Transformer Short-circuit Impedance Tester Technical Data：

1.Voltage measurement range: 5V ~ 400V Accuracy: 0.2 degree

Current measurement range: 0.1A ~ 20A Accuracy: 0.2 degree

2. Conditions of Use

Ambient temperature: -10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃

Power supply: AC220V ± 10%

Power frequency: 50 (± 10) Hz

3.Test results to determine reference:

Impedance error is within ± 3%: the transformer can operate normally.

Impedance error is ± 3% - ± 5%: transformer should be test regularly.

Impedance error more than ± 5%: transformer should outage.

Note: Part of the local power system is defined as: the transformer is normal when no more than ± 2%

Determination of the final test results is in accordance with the provisions of its own power system.

Transformer Short-circuit Impedance Tester Feature:

1. Not need external voltage regulator.

2. Use 220V low voltage power supply, automatically calculate the percentage of impedance error, test results are very intuitive.

3. Have an output current limiting function, applying to any impedance test.

4.Instrument operation is very simple, one-time connection, three-phase testing can be done automatically.

5. Three-phase transformer can single-phase test and three-phase test; the test can be manually or automatically tested.
