Preparation

1.Clean

Before each experiment, clean the cup.

2.Sample preparation

Shake the sample before the experiment.

Pour the sample into the scale line of the test cup, and there are two graduation lines. Select the scale line according to the sample.

3.Start experiment

Set the method parameters for the experiment in the method setting interface, save and exit.

Select the method for this experiment in the analysis interface.

Enter the number of the test sample in the analysis interface.

Wait for the bath temperature to reach the temperature set in the method.

Put the sample cup in the heating bath.

Click the analysis interface button to enter the analysis interface.

Click the experiment stopped switch in the analysis interface to change the switch text into experiment started and experiment test started.

After the experiment is started, the instrument controls the whole experiment process according to the parameters set by the method, and the user monitoring is not required.

After the experiment, the hot bath fan is turned on, so that the hot bath can quickly return to the method to set the cooling temperature value.

4.End of experiment

At the end of the experiment, please clean the cup for the next experiment.

Wait for the temperature of the hot bath to fall within the safe temperature range and turn off the power.

Wipe the flash point detector gently with clean paper or cloth.
