I.Overview

HZKS-3R automatic open cup flash point apparatus is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T3536 ASTM D92 "Petroleum Products Flash point and ignition point determination (Clevelａnd open cup method) and GB/T267-1988, ASTM D 92 Petroleum products flash point and ignition point determination (open method)

II. Instrument Characteristics

1. The instrument adopts color LCD large screen display, English interface, no identification keyboard, for predictable temperature, sample label, atmospheric pressure, test date and other parameters, with a prompt menu, guided input function.

2. Simulation tracking display temperature rise and experimental time function curve, with English error operation software prompt modification function, with test date, test time and other parameters prompt function

3. Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculate the correction value

4. Differential detection, automatic correction of system deflection

5. Scan, detect, print data automatically completed, the test arm automatically rise and fall

6. Electronic ignition, forced air cooling

7. Automatic ignition without air source, improve the safety of the test
