I. Overview

The HZ-1038 Grease Penetration Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the international standard of ASTM D217. It is suitable for measuring the penetration of various greases. It is necessary for the production and use of grease companies and quality inspection departments. Ideal instrument.

2. Structural features

HZ-1038 Grease Cone Penetration Tester is composed of two parts: the main engine(Host) and the grease worker. As shown in the figure: the right side is the main engine, and the left side is the grease worker.

The host is mainly composed of a base and a mediation mechanism, a support and upper and lower mediation mechanism, and a measuring mechanism; the base mediation mechanism: the chassis is equipped with fine-adjusting anchor screws, and the surface is inlaid with leveling round blisters. The level of the base table can be easily adjusted by adjusting the anchor screws; support and up-and-down adjustment mechanism: composed of support rods, support arms and upper and lower thickness adjustment knobs. The height of the scale in the measuring mechanism can be adjusted during the test, which has the characteristics of accurate adjustment and self-locking at any time; the measuring mechanism: consists of a digital display ruler, a cone electric lock, a manual button and a timer. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, convenient observation and operation and no resistance when the cone slides down.

The grease working device is composed of a chassis, a support rod, a reciprocating hａnd rod and a grease rod, and its structure is simple and easy to operate.
