General Description

This recovery device adopts an oil compressor imported from Italy, which is used for the recovery device of SF6 gas, recovering SF6, the displacement of the compressor can reach 6.5m3/h, and the maximum output pressure is 4.5MPa (the pressure of the device is controlled at 3.8MPa). The compressor is a high-pressure compressor with low power consumption, which greatly reduces the volume and weight of the SF6 recovery device.

Operating Instructions

1. Insert the standard power cord into a power socket that meets the requirements, turn on the power switch, and the cooling fan of the compressor will start to run.

Note: This operation needs to be carried out all the time, no matter what time it is, even after the work is over, the main power supply should be kept connected for at least 1 minute to ensure sufficient heat dissipation.

2. Under the condition that the connection of the external pipeline is correct, first adjust the suction pressure reducing valve of the compressor to ensure that the pressure at the suction port of the compressor is lower than 0.5MPa. Under this condition, the compressor can start normally and enter the working state.

3. Press the green start button, the recovery device starts, press the red stop button, the recovery device stops.

4. If the outlet pressure is too high (up to 3.8MPa) before shutting down, the protection inside the compressor will automatically stop the compressor.

About Safety Tips

1. Regarding the particle content of the recovered gas: please install a particle filter (less than 5um) on the inlet pipeline, and at the same time protect the compressor from particle pollution and wear.

2. Regarding the mixed gas content of recovered gas: please do not use this SF6 special compressor for any other gas, and use vacuum method to remove all the gas in the equipment before use, recommended to 0.5mbar.

3. Please use the power supply and wiring correctly. If the compressor is used continuously for a long time or works under high pressure for a long time, the overheat (overcurrent) protection switch of the compressor will automatically cut off the control power of the compressor. If you want to restore it, you must manually reset. Therefore, please try to install the compressor so that the position of the overheating protection switch is easily reset manually.

4. Pressure equipment is not allowed to be disassembled by non-professionals, nor can it be installed in a position that is easy to be hit. No modifications are allowed.
