CCS Cold Cranking Simulator Automatic Apparent Viscosity Tester

I.Overview

The HZ1151 fully automatic apparent viscometer (CCS) complies with technical specifications such as GB/T6538-2010 and ASTM D5293; it is suitable for testing the low-temperature dynamic viscosity index of engine oil. The instrument can measure the apparent viscosity of oil at a temperature of -35°C to -5°C with an interval of 5°C. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable performance and simple operation.

It is suitable for measuring the apparent viscosity of engine oil at a shear stress of about 500 to 20000 mPa.s and a shear rate of 105 to 104 S-1 at -5°C to -30°C. The instrument uses fully automatic temperature control equipment, users only need to operate on the color touch screen to quickly and easily perform testing and analysis.

II.Instrument features:：

1. The instrument adopts advanced microcomputer control, touch screen human-computer interaction, automatic calculation, display, and printing;

2. Imported Omron temperature controller; imported compressor cascade refrigeration with large cooling capacity;

3. Automatically detect the speed and fine-tune the knob to control the current to reduce manual operation errors;

4. It is driven by imported motor with high precision; it can store and print test results;

5. Automatically calculate the results after the standard oil is calibrated; using embedded operating system, stable and reliable work;

6. At the end of the test, it will automatically shut down and increase the temperature to facilitate rapid cleaning;

7. The system can reach the set temperature according to the user's set temperature and follow the non-linear curve;

8. The user can first calibrate the instrument with standard oil. After the calibration is completed, the relationship between the viscosity and the motor speed is drawn;

9. The instrument has a calibration function, which can easily and quickly calibrate each part of the system.
