HZ-3010H Automatic Transformer Comprehensive Tester

The transformer comprehensive tester is a device for testing large-scale power transformers that integrates a three-channel DC resistance tester, a low-voltage short-circuit impedance tester, and an on-load switch tester.

1 DC resistance:

(1) Main technical indicators:
Three-phase test: 5A+5A and 1A+1A
Test range: 5A: 10mΩ to 4Ω
1A: 1Ω to 20Ω
Phase separation test: 10A, 5A, 1A
Test range: 10A: 500.0μΩ～1Ω
&5A: 10mΩ to 4Ω
1A: 1Ω to 20Ω
Resolution: 0.1μΩ
Measurement accuracy: 0.2

(2) Main features:
Three-phase simultaneous test and automatic magnetic assist function;
All high and low voltage current and potential test lines can be connected to the transformer at one time. It is not necessary to invert the test line during the test.
For a winding test with a neutral point star connection, three-phase simultaneous test can be used to test the resistance of A0, B0, and C0 phases, which greatly saves test time.
For the low-voltage side test of a three-phase five-column low-voltage internal angle-joint transformer, the method of automatic magnetic assist can be used, and the test speed is fast;
It can display and print all test data of high, medium and low voltage windings of transformer, and automatically calculate the unbalance degree of three phases. It can also print the resistance data converted to rated temperature.


2 short circuit impedance:

(1) Main technical indicators:
Voltage measurement range: 5----400V; Measurement accuracy: 0.2
Current measurement range: 0.1---10A; Measurement accuracy: 0.2

(2) Main features:
Single-phase 220V low-voltage power supply is used to automatically apply current to the AB, BC, and CA windings of the transformer, and the data is collected synchronously and the rated impedance percentage is converted.
Three-phase transformers with Y/△, Y/Y, and △/Y wiring methods can connect the cables once and select three-phase measurement to automatically measure the data and automatically calculate the impedance and impedance errors.
When using the single-phase method of the instrument as a three-phase transformer, input parameters should be input 1/3 of the rated capacity.


3 on-load switch Tap Charger:

Transition resistance range: 1Ω～30Ω
Transition time range: 0～200ms
Measurement Accuracy: Transition Resistance ± (5% + 0.2Ω) Simultaneous Time 0.1ms

(2) Main features:
Three independent constant current sources;
powerful, can realize the transition waveform, transition time, transition resistance, three parameters of the same period of measurement;
Intelligent test and result analysis;
It can display and print test waveforms of transformer on-load switch;
The instrument is equipped with an automatic discharge circuit and an overvoltage protection circuit.
