Output current greater than 25mA.The maximum output voltage is 5000V.Contains high precision micro - current measurement system, digital boost system. Only one high voltage line and one signal line are needed to connect the test sample.The measurement is carried out automatically, the results are displayed by large LCD screen, and the results are stored.
