◆ Inspection criteria: JB/T4279.11-2008

◆ Meet GB/T6109-2008 standard requirements

◆ Is used to detect the breakdown voltage performance of enamelled round and enamelled flat wires with nominal diameter of 0.018 mm and above at room temperature

◆The has three kinds of boost speeds of 20 V/S、100V/S、500V/S and the error of boost speed is ±10

◆The following test methods can be : round rod method :0.100 mm diameter and below enamelled round wire; twisting method :0.100 mm diameter above 2.500 and below enamelled round wire, steel ball method: winding flat wire and diameter above 2.500 mm round wire; also can be used for voltage test of electrical products and instruments

◆Clamping a group of (5) specimens at time to complete breakdown or withstａnd voltage tests of any specimen, one by one or separately, according to the selected tests

◆The is matched with the RDS-50 thermal voltage tester and can carry out thermal breakdown voltage test

◆Automatic display of test results LED, automatic return

◆ The breakdown of the sample, the breakdown voltage display value automatically locks and does not beat, and keeps the display for 5 seconds, so that the test results are clearly discernible

◆ With round bar method, twist test fixture and round bar test weight
