Machine description:
The machine is composed of host system, oil source system, control system, electrical system and various test accessories. The computer control system realizes automatic control of the test process by controlling the action of the servo valve.
1. Host system
The host adopts a high-rigidity, high-stability horizontal frame structure, which is mainly composed of a frame, a cylinder seat, a main cylinder, a moving beam, front and rear chuck seats, and load sensors. The stretching work area is between the front and rear chuck seats. Can be used for tensile tests of various materials.
The front chuck seat is connected with the moving beam through a tie rod to form a force application frame. The cylinder seat, the frame, and the rear chuck seat form a force frame. The connecting attachments installed on the front and rear chuck seats respectively connect the two ends of the sample. The single-rod double-acting low-friction piston cylinder drives the front chuck seat to move under the action of hydraulic oil, thereby applying the test force to the sample.
The host has an adjustable space structure. The overlapping part of the rear chuck seat and the frame is each provided with a pin hole, and the frame is also provided with pin holes spaced at a certain interval, and the rear chuck seat and the frame are fixed together by a bolt. When stretching samples of different lengths, move the back chuck seat to a suitable position, and fix the back chuck seat with manual bolts to achieve a step-by-step adjustment of the size of the test space.
The moving beam and the front and rear chuck seats are supported on the guide rail through guide wheels, and can move back and forth along the guide rail, and the limit position of the movement is controlled by the limit switch. The movement of the moving beam and the front chuck seat is driven by the hydraulic system, and the moving speed is controlled by the servo valve of the hydraulic system.
According to the test standards and methods of materials, different material test clamping methods can be selected: hydraulic clamping method, bolt type, casting type.
2. Hydraulic system
The oil source system consists of an oil pump motor unit, an oil tank (including valve groups and supporting facilities), a piping system, a strong current system, etc. The hydraulic system uses a differential circuit, which can save the test to the utmost extent when the test requirements are met. Preparation time. The oil source adopts a pressure following system, and the pressure of the oil source system increases with the increase of the load, which can effectively save energy. The pumping station adopts imported servo valves and imported NACHI low-noise conjugate internal gear pumps, equipped with precision oil filters no larger than 5μm; the entire system is designed according to the principles of energy saving and simple layout; the fuel tank is equipped with electronic oil temperature, Oil level gauge, high-pressure oil filter, air filter, etc. with oil temperature, liquid level, oil resistance protection and indicating devices. According to the use requirements of the oil circuit, the oil source is equipped with an air cooling device.
3. Electrical part

This control cabinet integrates a computer, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a printer and a control operating system into one, which is simple and easy to use. 4. Software system
The test software is based on the Windows operating platform, with programmable functions, constant rate test force control, constant rate displacement control, test force retention, displacement retention and other test modes can be combined arbitrarily, which meets the requirements of various test methods to the greatest extent. Various data display, curve drawing, data processing, storage and printing functions required for the test; a variety of test methods and standards (ASTM, ISO, DIN, EN, BS, etc.) are available in the database, and control signals are sent to the servo valve through the computer , Control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder, realizing the control of constant velocity test force, constant velocity displacement, etc. The control mode can be set arbitrarily, no impact, smooth switching, smooth loading and unloading, complete file operation Functions, such as test reports, test parameters, and system parameters can all be stored as files.
