HZ2313A Plastic Melt Flow Rate Index Tester

HZ2313A melt flow rate meter is based on "GB/T 3682-2000 Thermoplastic Melt Mass Flow Rate and Melt Volume Flow Rate Determination", "ISO 1133-2005 Plastics-Determination of the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) ) and the melt volume-flow rate (MVR) " and other standard design and manufacture instruments used to determine the flow rate of thermoplastics melt.

This instrument adopts the quality method for testing; it has an automatic cutting device; it has a micro-printer to print out the test results; it has a melting index calculation function, and it has a FLASH memory that can store 20 test results.

The instrument has simple structure, convenient use, accurate measurement, stable and reliable performance. This instrument is not only suitable for testing plastics with low melting temperature such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, but also for testing engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc., with high melting temperature. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industries and related universities, research institutes, and commodity inspection departments.
