Usage:

How to use:
During normal testing, just insert the sensor into the sample, turn on the power switch, and the test value is displayed on the LCD screen.
1.A simple test of only one oil sample: No matter on site or in the laboratory, first mix the oil and water evenly, then insert the sensor, and then turn on the power switch in the upper left corner of the instrument. After a few seconds, the display will show the test results. Turn off the power after reading. It takes about 10 seconds
2.Multi-table classification test users: Turn on the instrument, first observe whether the "C #" label in the upper right corner is the calibration table of the oil type you want to test, replace the calibration table of the oil product you want to test with the current calibration table, and then do the above test. 3.It also has the functions such as the recording, averaging, printing and others.
Preparation before use:
The first time you use it, you should first check whether the test data is accurate. If it is not accurate enough, you must re-calibrate with user samples.
Before leaving the factory, the instrument should be calibrated according to the same oil sample as possible. However, due to the difference between the sample and the standard method, sometimes it may not be completely consistent with the user's on-site testing. But through the user re-calibration, all can reach the technical indicators.
Instrument maintenance:
The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Each charge is about 3-5 hours, and can be used continuously for 6-10 hours. 3 days standby time. When the battery voltage is insufficient, the instrument will intermittently emit a "beep" sound, and at the same time prompt an alarm on the display.
After the instrument is used from the first time, it needs to be recalibrated after 1-3 months, and then calibrated once every six months and one year.
