I. Kinematic Viscometer Working conditions of use
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and stable test bench.
2. The liquid measured by this instrument is Newtonian liquid, and its viscosity is independent of shear stress and shear rate.
3. Different thermostatic bath liquids should be used in different test temperature ranges;When high temperature is used, the setting and actual use temperature should not exceed +30℃.
4. When testing the sample, an appropriate capillary viscometer should be selected according to the experimental temperature, and the flow time in the capillary should be no less than 200 seconds (if the user USES a capillary viscometer with an inner diameter of 0.4mm, the flow time in the capillary viscometer should be no less than 350 seconds).

1. Power supply: AC220V±10%, 50Hz.
2. Heating device: Electric heater with power of 650W.
3. Refrigeration equipment: Danforth compressor refrigeration.
4. Stirring motor: Power 30W, rotation speed 1200r/min.
5. Temperature measurement range: Room temperature ~ -40℃.
6. Temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃.
7. Constant temperature bath: Stainless steel tank with a capacity of 5.8L.

9. Temperature sensor: Industrial platinum resistance, its grading code is Pt100.
10. Capillary viscometer: A set of 5 tubes at the customer's option.

The installation
1. Open the packing cases, check the spare parts, and pay attention to the glassware, especially the capillary viscometer, to be handled with ease. Do not use a hard wrench or a hard plug to avoid damage.
2. Adjust the instrument to the basic level.
3. Connect the power cord (the power cord must have a reliable grounding end).
Matters needing attention
1. The agitator switch and temperature controller switch are not set separately in the instrument. Turn on the power switch, and the agitator and temperature controller start working at the same time.
2. The vertical position of the capillary viscometer can be adjusted by four small screws on the gripper.
3. The room temperature set in the temperature controller when the instrument leaves the factory is set according to the room temperature set at the time of debugging. 4. Do not start up without medium in the bathtub.
5. When the refrigeration switch is off, be sure to start it after 10 minutes.
6. When bath crock floodlight is bad, can press change as follows method: open bath crock cover, with finger lift bath crock mouth to be close to the two one shape that body side carries annulus, slowly lift the lamp that has floodlight installation. When lifting, the left side is slightly higher than the right side. Take out the lamp holder and replace the lamp tube before resetting the lamp holder.
Note: When the bathtub is filled with water, please drain the water when the room temperature is lower than 0℃ to prevent freezing and damage the device!
