I. Oil immersed test transformer without partial discharge Overview
To accommodate power frequency voltage tests for electrical equipment of various voltage levels and capacities, our company manufactures power frequency no-partial discharge test transformers of various specifications for customers to choose from based on their needs.
Power frequency test transformers are divided into iron-cased and insulating cylinder types, each of which further includes single-stage and cascade types. Iron-cased transformers are suitable for applications with lower partial discharge requirements, while insulating cylinder transformers are suitable for those with higher partial discharge requirements. Single-stage transformers are suitable for low voltage and high capacity applications, whereas cascade transformers are suitable for high voltage or low voltage, small capacity applications that are convenient for portability.

II. Operating Conditions
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters
Ambient air temperature ranging from -5°C to +40°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 85% (+20°C). When transitioning from one environment to another, the temperature difference should not exceed 15K.
No conductive dust present
No fire or explosive hazards
No gases that corrode metals or insulation present
No locations with severe vibration or collisions
Ground surface unevenness not exceeding 3 degrees
Power supply voltage waveform is sinusoidal, with a waveform distortion rate less than 3%, and a frequency of 50Hz. The power supply side should be protected from external atmospheric overvoltage.
Equipped with a reliable grounding point, with a grounding resistance less than 0.5Ω
III. Technical Parameters
Partial discharge (Insulating cylinder type)
For rated voltages (UH) ranging from 10 to 150KV, the partial discharge at 99% UH is ≤3–10Pc
Allowed operating time: Under rated voltage and current, the test transformer can operate for 30 minutes starting from ambient temperature. It can operate continuously at two-thirds of the rated voltage and current.
Impedance of a single test transformer is 3%–12%
Waveform distortion rate <3%
Other parameters comply with the JB/T9641-1999 "Test Transformers" standard.
IV.Precautions
The main circuit power capacity should meet the maximum output power requirement.
When increasing the voltage, observe if all meters are functioning normally. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
All grounding should be a single point ground.
The equipment must not be tilted, and it must not be used when oil is deficient.
The insulating shell and high-voltage bushings of the iron shell must not be collided with or scratched.
The entire equipment must not be stored or used indoors at temperatures below -5°C.
When changing the equipment's environment, the relative temperature difference should not exceed 15K.
The surface of bushings and shells must not be covered with water, ice, or snow. Indoor equipment must not be stored or used outdoors.
After the test, the key to the equipment console should be removed and kept safely.
This set of equipment should be operated and maintained by designated personnel.
Before using this set of equipment, the user must carefully read the instruction manual, especially the provisions specified in items 6 and 7, which must be strictly adhered to.
