Ⅰ、Use And Model Description

As an insulating gas, SF6 gas has non-toxic, non-combustible, and good insulation characteristics, its insulation strength is much higher than the traditional insulating gas, and has good arc extinguishing property, so it is widely used in SF6 electrical appliances. Because SF6 gas is expensive, and under the action of arc, spark and corona discharge, it will decompose and produce toxic components. Therefore, SF6 gas recovery is required when SF6 electrical equipment is applied. This device is a special equipment for recovering and charging SF6 gas when making and maintaining SF6 electrical equipment.

1、Recovery

Initial recovery pressure≤0.8MPa

Final recovery pressure≤50KPa

Recovery time：For 1 m3 SF6 gas volume with initial pressure of 0.8MPa, recover to the final pressure of 50KPa, and the recovery time is less than 1.5 hours.

2、Gas Charging

For 1 m3 SF6 gas volume with initial pressure of 133Pa, recover to the final pressure of 0.8MPa，ａnd the recovery time is less than 0.8 hours.

3、Vacuum Extraction

The ultimate vacuum degree of the device is less than or equal to 10 Pa.

The time required to vacuum a 1m3 SF6 gas volume with an initial pressure of 0.1MPa to 133Pa is less than 1.0 hours.

4、Storage

Storage container volume 0.2m3

Nominal liquid storage capacity 200kg

Maximum storage pressure 3.8 MPa

5、Purification

For SF6 gas with water content below 1000PPM (volume ratio), after recovery and purification by the device, the water content is less than 60PPM (weight ratio), and the oil content is less than 10PPM (weight ratio).
