An isolation transformer is a static electrical device that transforms voltage or current between two or more windings at the same frequency by means of electromagnetic induction. The primary and secondary windings are wound separately. When the secondary has only one winding, it is responsible for the full rated capacity of the transformer. If the secondary has windings for control, lighting and indicator lights, they are separately wound according to the distribution of each winding capacity. For a transformer with a single winding and a middle tap, the capacity of each middle tap is less than the rated capacity of the transformer, and only the voltage output is available. The end can bear the rated capacity.
