I.Overview
Thin film evaporator is a special liquid-liquid separation technology. Under high vacuum, the mean free path of vapor molecules is greater than the distance between the evaporation surface and the condensation surface, so that the evaporation rate of each component in the liquid can be used The difference between the liquid mixture is separated.

III.Product features
1. Operate at a temperature far lower than the boiling point of the material, and the residence time of the material is short; it is conducive to the separation of high boiling point, heat sensitive and easy-to-oxidize materials;
2. Effectively remove substances in the liquid such as organic solvents, odors, etc., which is a very effective method for the desolubilization of the liquid after solvent extraction;
3. The product can be selectively evaporated to remove other impurities, and more than two substances can be separated at the same time through multi-stage separation;
4. The distillation vacuum degree is high, the vacuum degree can reach 0.1pa or less, and a high vacuum degree can be obtained inside it. Usually molecular distillation is operated under a very low pressure, so the material is not easy to be oxidized and damaged;
5. The distilled liquid film is thin, the heat transfer efficiency is high, and the film thickness is less than 0.5mm;
6. The degree of separation is higher, molecular distillation can separate substances that are not easy to separate conventionally;
7. There is no boiling bubbling phenomenon. Molecular distillation is free evaporation on the surface of the liquid layer. It is carried out under low pressure. There is no dissolved air in the liquid. Therefore, the entire liquid cannot be boiled during the distillation process, and there is no bubbling phenomenon.
8. Provide a variety of specifications for customers to choose from, suitable for small-scale and pilot-scale experiments. If a larger evaporation area is required, it can be customized according to customer requirements.
9. The physical separation method is non-toxic, harmless, non-polluting, and non-residue, and can obtain pure and safe products;
10. The scraper system is made of PTFE material and SS316L stainless steel material, which has a high anti-corrosion effect;
11. The feed tank is optional to realize the pre-heating function, and the pre-heating temperature can be adjusted.
12. Each interface is sealed with fluorine rubber gasket, which has good air tightness. If the customer needs corrosion resistance, it can be replaced with PTFE material.
