I.Introduction

The phase voltammeter is specially designed for the on-site inspection of smart meters and metering devices in the power system. With the intelligent construction of the power grid and the large-scale application of smart meters, the required testing items continue to increase, and the existing traditional testing equipment is no longer available. Then meet the needs of on-site work. The instrument not only has the traditional detection function, but also can read the stored data of the smart meter on site, upload the data in real time for comparative analysis, so as to detect the accuracy of the communication of the smart meter, and can also record the field voltage, current, power, electric energy, phase, etc. in real time. The parameters enrich the detection methods of the staff, improve the work efficiency, and increase the scientific and technological content of the operation and management of the smart grid.

II.Functions and Features

In the case of no power failure, no change of the metering circuit wiring, and no opening of the metering device, the comprehensive error of the metering device (including the electric energy meter, CT, wiring error) is detected, so as to determine whether the metering device is faulty.

It can measure and verify the basic error of single-phase, three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire electric energy meters with and without CT in low-voltage metering devices.

It can measure various electrical parameters such as voltage, CT primary current, CT secondary current, power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, etc., so as to accurately judge and detect the fault of the circuit of the metering device.

The CT ratio error and phase angle can be measured.

Display the vector diagram, which can visually check the wiring errors of the metering device.

The current loop is measured with a clamp-type transformer, so that the operator can perform the measurement quickly, simply, safely and reliably without opening the current loop.

The automatic switching limit of the voltage loop; the measuring range of the clamp-type transformer is 0.01A～10A, and the automatic switching limit is within the whole measuring range.

4.3 inch 480*800 true color capacitive touch screen, the interface display is delicate and beautiful, one screen can display a variety of electrical parameters, Android style interface, friendly man-machine dialogue.

The comprehensive error of the low-voltage metering device (built-in reactive power meter) and the basic error of the reactive energy meter can be detected without changing the wiring.

Built-in lithium-ion battery, no external power supply required on site.
