HZ6DPlus Automatic Infrared Spectrophotometer
This automatic oil measuring instrument is composed of automatic operation software, infrared spectroscopy system and magnetic stirring extraction system.
The instrument uses the extraction solvent (CCl4) according to the requirements of the national standard to extract the oil in the water body with the magnetic side three-dimensional side magnetic stirring technology according to a certain extraction ratio. Then the infrared spectroscopy system analyzes and detects the oil content in the extraction solution. If a special magnesium silicate filter device is installed, the content of petroleum and animal and vegetable oils can also be measured. After the analysis and measurement, the waste liquid is discharged to clean the entire pipeline to ensure that the next water sample will not be polluted repeatedly.
The above process is automated through the automatic operation of intelligent software, and the detection of oil in the sample water can be completed without the operator touching tetrachloroethylene, that is, automatic sample injection, automatic extraction, automatic water removal and impurity removal, automatic measurement, automatic drainage, Automatically cleans and stores data.
