Multi Function Test Items
GPS time synchronization: You can use the 485 broadcast command to provide time, and you can also use the 485 setting command to write the time.
Daily timing error test: It can simultaneously measure the accuracy of second pulse output by multi-function electric energy meters with multiple gauges, and can optionally automatically convert it to daily timing error for display.
Time-period switching error test: For multi-function electric energy meters that output time-period switching signals, the time-period switching error test can be performed, and for multi-function electric energy meters without output switching signals, qualitative time-period switching results can be given according to communication, and also Time synchronization and timing operations can be performed on the multi-function electric energy meter through the communication interface.
485 port communication function: Through the 485 communication port, it is possible to perform operations such as memory power check and parameter setting on the multi-function electric energy meter with a communication port.
Demand indication value error test: The device can use the standard electric energy meter method or standard power method to test the demand indication value error of the multi-function electric energy meter. The standard electric energy method is used to test the electric energy meter with the output demand period signal, and the standard power method is used to test the electric energy meter without the quantity periodic output signal. The average power calculation method during the test can be the slip method or the average power method.
Demand periodic error test: When the standard power meter method is used to measure the demand indication error, the pulses sent by the standard crystal oscillator within two (interval type) or multiple (slip type) periodic signal intervals of the tested meter are counted by the error meter When the standard electric energy meter method is used to measure the error of the demand indication value, it is timed by the internal timer of the error meter.
Combination error test of electric energy meter: change the clock in the meter under test through the RS485 interface, complete the operation of each tariff segment in a relatively short period of time, and calculate the combined error by comparing the total meter and the change amount of each tariff meter . The mechanical scale allows manual input of start and end indications, and can compare the difference between the mechanical scale and the memory.
