I.Product Introduction

1. Portable non-in-line particle counters for laboratory-level on-site sampling for rapid particle analysis;

2. It is suitable for the determination of the cleanliness of liquids such as transparent oils,water-based solution(including water)ａnd chemical reagents.

3. 8-channel customizable channel internal configuration, good repeatability, high measurement accuracy;

4. Built-in new plunger metering pump system, flow regulation is not affected by viscosity and pressure;

5. Can be used for non-pressure bottle sampling measurement;

6. Optional pre-rinse sensor function before each measurement. Guarantee measurement accuracy;

7. The sensor was developed using Mie optical theory and mathematical model to ensure the measurement accuracy of the number of particles in each particle size range;

8. You can choose different measurement methods (single times and measurement methods for measuring times);

9. Applicable to higher viscosity liquid measurement (The flow of higher viscosity liquid can be controlled by adjusting the output voltage of the drive motor)

10. It can store the measurement data of 1G capacity, and can be extracted to the computer for analysis by software;

11. According to the new standard ISO4406 (1999) and ISO4406 (1991), NAS1638B standards can be tested; according to customer requirements can be loaded into GB/T14039 standard, SAE-749D standard, GJB420A-96 standard can be TOCT17216-71 standard. Use other standards can be customized.

12. Particle analysis can be measured in accordance with ISO4406 1-24 level; according to NAS1638 can measure 0-12 level
