Pressure-reduced Olefin Gasification Sampling Device
Features
The pressure-reduced olefins and other composition gasification sampling device is used for the pretreatment device before the analysis of liquid hydrocarbons and liquefiable gas, which can convert the composition of liquid samples into a gas with constant temperature, constant low pressure and controllable flow rate. Substances are accurately measured and controlled through a flow meter, and the cumulative display volume is used for easy determination.
Pressure-reduced olefins and other components gasification sampling device has many advantages such as high accuracy, good repeatability, fast control speed, stability and reliability, and wide working pressure range.
Pressure-reduced olefins and other components gasification sampling device adopts 5.6-inch true color touch LCD display, built-in conversion coefficient and density of commonly used gases, and simple operation.

Main purpose and scope of application
Pressure-reduced olefins and other composition gasification sampling device is mainly suitable for the pre-analysis of gas chromatography liquid hydrocarbon composition, and its typical applications include:
Natural gas constant analysis;
Artificial gas analysis;
Liquefied petroleum gas analysis, etc.
Use environmental conditions
This device must be placed in a fume hood
Ground resistance <10 ohm="">10>
Ambient temperature: 5 ℃ ~ 45 ℃
Working power supply: 220VAC 10%
Safe use
Because this gasification device emits a large amount of flammable and explosive gases, the instrument must be used in a fume hood with good ventilation. The company does not bear any responsibility for the consequences of accidents caused by poor ventilation.
This gasification device uses 220V alternating current. Non-professionals should not open the machine shell without authorization. The ground wire must be well grounded, and the grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms.
Structural features and working principle
working principle
On the basis of the DDKJ-2000 liquefiable gas sampling device, an automatic controllable decompression system is added to vaporize the composition of samples (including C5 and C6 components) that are still liquid under normal temperature and pressure.
The liquid hydrocarbon sample vaporizes instantaneously through the stainless steel capillary tube of equal diameter and provides enough vaporization heat through the constant temperature heating bath, and then the needle valve is adjusted by the stepper motor control system to control the vaporized gas flow rate to the set flow rate and enter the flowmeter For metering, select the gas "inject" or "vent" through the two-position three-way solenoid valve 1. "Inject" is connected to the inlet of the six-port valve of the gas chromatograph, and "vent" is connected to the vacuum buffer tank and the six-port gas chromatograph The valve outlet is connected to the inlet end of the two-position three-way solenoid valve 2, and the "outlet injection end" of the two-position three-way solenoid valve 2 is connected to the vacuum buffer tank, and its "outlet vent end" is left unconnected, and the vacuum pump intakes The end is connected to the vacuum buffer tank, and the outlet end of the vacuum pump is connected to the atmosphere.
Test results
Read the mass of the accumulated flow on the LCD, accurate to 0.001g. The basic error does not exceed 10%.
Precautions
1. Disable flow media
The gas used must be purified, and dust, liquid and oil must be avoided. When necessary, a filter must be installed in the gas path. If a liquid source bottle is connected to the outlet, a device to prevent liquid backflow should be selected to prevent liquid backflow from damaging the flowmeter.
2. The use of corrosive gases
It can be used to control general corrosive gases under the conditions of the user system without water vapor, low leakage, frequent cleaning, and proper use. This device cannot be used for organic solvent vapor (such as acetone, etc.) and strong corrosive gases such as BCl3 and BBr3.
