HZDL-30000A Primary Current Injection Test Set
I.Overview
HZDL-30000A high current generator (referred to as current booster). It integrates the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, adopts numerical control technology, has strong anti-interference ability, and Compared with the previous generation of current boosters, due to the use of low power consumption, large capacity self-coupling voltage regulators and high magnetic permeability iron cores, the converters have the advantages of large output power, small size and light weight. Mainly used for thermal relay, motor protector, contactor, circuit breaker, air switch, switchgear, circuit breaker, protection screen calibration; used for primary busbar protection and the transformation ratio of various current transformers, etc. It is widely used in scientific research, production and electrical test sites of electric power, railway, petrochemical, metallurgy and mining enterprises.
II.Main functions
It can output 0~30000A current for a long time
The action time of the test equipment can be synchronized
Automatic identification of normally open and normally closed contacts
Several calibrations can be connected in series at the same time to improve work efficiency
III.Operation
(1)After the wiring is completed, check it again to see if there is any wiring error and whether the connectors are in good contact.
(2)During the test, if there is any abnormal phenomenon such as ignition and no display when starting up, immediately turn off the power and recheck the wiring.
(3)During the actual wiring, the current output terminal should form a loop, otherwise the instrument will not output current.
(4)The current riser has random output wires; the output external copper wires are selected according to 10A/mm2. (The standard configuration is two 1-meter test leads)
(5)The capacity of the equipment is designed for short-time work of 5 minutes.
Transportation and Maintenance
1.Shipping
This product must be packed during transportation. The packing box should be a wooden box, and the packing box should be padded with a shock-proof layer such as foam. Packaged products should be able to be transported by road, rail and air. During transportation, it should not be placed in an open-air box, and the warehouse should be protected from rain, dust, and mechanical damage.
2.Storage
The instrument should be stored in a room with an ambient temperature of -20°C to 60°C, a relative humidity of not more than 85%, ventilation, and no corrosive gas. It should not be placed close to the ground and walls.
3.Moisture proof
In humid areas or wet seasons, if the instrument is not used for a long time, it is required to turn on the power once a month (about two hours) to dissipate moisture and protect electronic components.
4.Protect from sun exposure
When the instrument is used outdoors, avoid or reduce the direct exposure of sunlight to the display screen as much as possible, and cannot be placed in a very humid warehouse.
