HZ1721 Mechanical Surface/Interfacial Tension Tester is an instrument that uses physical methods for liquid surface/interface tension testing. The HZ1721 mechanical surface /interface tension tester adopts a sophisticated mechanical structure. It is composed of torsion wire, platinum ring, sample holder, dial, vernier pointer, bracket, lever frame, fine-tuning worm gear pair, test worm gear pair and sample holder. During operation, the torsion force is applied to the torsion wire through the rotation of the worm gear pair, and the surface tension of the platinum ring in contact with the liquid surface is balanced by the torsion force.When the torque of the torsion wire continues to increase and the surface of the liquid to be measured is broken, the twisting angle of the torsion wire, which is the value indicated by the cursor on the dial, is multiplied by the correction factor to obtain the measured surface/Interfacial tension value of the liquid.
