I.Equipment overview:

The computer-controlled electronic universal tensile strength testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression and bending tests of metal and non-metal materials. It is suitable for steel metallurgy, construction and building materials, aerospace, quality supervision, teaching and research units and other fields.

The test data processing complies with GB/T 228.1-2010 "Metallic Materials Tensile Test Part 1: Room Temperature Test Method". There are three closed-loop control methods of stress, strain and displacement, which can calculate the maximum force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, elongation at break, yield strength and other parameters, according to GB and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards conduct tests and provide test data.

II.Main features:

1. Adopt double space door structure, the upper space is stretched, the lower space is compressed and bent (the test space can be changed according to user requirements). Cross beam stepless lifting

4. It can control and maintain the rate of test force, deformation and displacement.

5. It adopts reducer or synchronous belt to drive and decelerate, with low noise, stable operation and high speed control accuracy.

6. It adopts high-performance sensor, high precision and long life. The exterior is made of stainless steel, which has good waterproof performance and the protection level can reach IP67.

7. Seiko double-nut pre-tightened and ground lead screw, precise control of pre-tightening force, elimination of transmission gap, grinding to ensure accuracy, heat treatment process to ensure raceway hardness, smooth drive of the lead screw, low noise, long service life, and lifetime maintenance-free.

8. The automatic program control mode has a test process control mode intelligent setting system, which is provided to professional users with test programmers.

9. It can record and save the data curve of the whole process of the test, and has a demonstration function to realize the test reproduction demonstration without opening the test machine host.

10. With curve superposition function, the curves of the same group of tests can be superimposed in multiple colors, which is convenient for comparison and analysis.

11. It has complete safety protection functions such as limit protection, overload protection, and emergency stop.
