DESCRIPTION
Tangent Delta Tester is used for testing the curing degree of enamelcover. The curve variation of tgδ shows the curing degree of enamelled wire directly, then adjust the heating temperature of enameling oven, to get a optimal curing degree of enamelled wire, control the wire quanlity effectively.
The temperature class of enamelled wire can be tested rapidly; the enamel type of wire can be determined preliminarily.

TEST CURVE
The software automatically draws the tgδ curve of dielectric loss with temperature. The shape of the tgδ curve is roughly determined by the dipoles in the enameled wire lacquer molecular chain. However, some polar groups in the resin structure that have not cross-linked completely: such as hydroxyl and isocyanate can cause the tgδ curve to change, and the catalyst and Additives usually have their own dipoles, which also affect the curve. Some additives have an effect on the curve due to the reaction with the lacquer-based resin, and if cresol and NMP with polar groups in the solvent remain in the paint film, they will also be reflected on the tgδ curve.
