Overview
The instrument is a new generation of microcomputer-based high-end equipment of the company, and the instrument has full English display, Chinese menu operation, high intelligentization, multi-function, high measurement performance, strong environmental adaptability and other characteristics. It can be widely used for conductivity valuemeasurement in thermal power, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmacy, biochemistry, food, tap water and other solutions. With fast response, accurate measurement, easy accessibility, convenient to carry and other characteristics.
The instrument equipped with the electrode with the electrode constant of 1.0 or 10 can measure the conductivity of the general liquid;equipped with the electrode with the electrode constant of 0.1 or 0.01, it can accurately measure the conductivity of pure water or ultra-pure water, especially suitable for the measurement of conductivity of power plant boiler feed water, steam condensate and other high purity water.
The instrument has one conductivity input channel and one temperature input channel. When automatic temperature compensation is not required, the temperature compensation can be set manually, and when automatic temperature compensation is required, the temperature of the sample is measured by a built-in Pt1000 temperature electrode.
Basic Functions
Full Intelligence: Instrument adopts high-precision AD conversion and single chip micro-processing technology to achieve the conductivity measurement, temperature measurement, automatic temperature compensation, automatic range conversion and other functions.
High Reliability: All the components are integrated into a single circuit board, no complex functional switches, adjustable knobs or potentiometer.
25 ℃ conversion: Conducting 25 ℃ conversion on conductivity value under the current temperature achieves the conductivity value at 25 ℃ temperature, especially for measurement of various water qualities in power plant.
Automatic Range Conversion: It can achieve automatic range conversion within the measuring range covered by electrode.
Main Features
All English Display, Easy Operation: It employs high resolution LCD Module; all the data, state ad operation prompts are shown in Chinese, no manufacture custom symbols or codes.
Multi-Parameters Simultaneous Display: It would display conductivity value, temperature, time and state on the same screen. The screen employs 128×64 dot matrix LCD with eye-catching, visual distance advantages.
Digital Clock Function: It would show the current time, providing time base for digital recording function.
Backlight Function: It can be used in the dark or completely lightless environment, and the display is always clear. The backlight can be adjusted, and the backlight shall be turned off in a good light as much as possible to save power.
