AI-6201 is 100pF/12kV high precision capacitance and dissipation factor standard. Which has following feathers:

All readings are manufacturer calibrated data. The actual data are stored in the standard and may slightly differ from rated value. It is strongly recommended that the standard should be recalibrated by local Institute of Metrology.

Dissipation factor for RC serial model is proportional to frequency. Manufacturer calibrated data are tested at 50.00Hz. If local frequency is not exact 50.00Hz, frequency calibration for higher accuracy is recommended.
