I.Overview
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a gas separation technology that has an irreplaceable position in on-site gas supply. The adsorbent (called carbon molecular sieve) is the core part of the PSA nitrogen production equipment. It uses the difference in the adsorption capacity of different components in the gas medium on the adsorbent. The adsorbent performs selective adsorption when the pressure increases, and when the pressure decreases Obtain desorption and regeneration, so that the product-nitrogen is continuously produced in alternating cycles.
II.Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generator
The air is compressed by an air compressor, and the air enters the buffer tank for storage, and is filtered by a filter system to remove oil, dust, and water. Then it is freeze-dried by a freeze dryer and enters the nitrogen generator. The compressed air that enters the nitrogen-making device is first passed through an integrated high-efficiency filter to deeply remove oil and water, then is stabilized by the air buffer tank, and then enters the adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieve, where the clean compressed air is separated from oxygen and nitrogen. The obtained nitrogen is sent to a nitrogen buffer tank, tested by a nitrogen analyzer and measured by a flow meter, unqualified nitrogen is vented, and qualified nitrogen is stored in a nitrogen storage tank for production use.
In the case of adsorption equilibrium, when the same gas is adsorbed, the higher the gas pressure, the greater the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. Conversely, the lower the pressure, the smaller the adsorption capacity. As shown below:
III.Product features

The nitrogen buffer tank balances the purity and pressure of the nitrogen output from the oxygen-nitrogen separation unit, provides high-purity nitrogen required for the secondary uniform process, optimizes the nitrogen distribution in the adsorption tower bed, and ensures the stable nitrogen flow, purity and pressure.
