The technology of the used oil distillation plant is different from the traditional distillation process with sulfuric acid, as it differs from the current hydrogenation technology. II. Working principle

The waste oil is mixed with the catalyst and then transported to the continuously heated catalytic kettle of the waste engine oil distillation machine. Oil droplets and natural gas and coolant go through three cooling phases as the temperature changes. They are stored in water and gasoline/diesel and lubricating oil storage tanks, respectively. The non-condensable gas enters the furnace through the waste gas processor and the boiler is burned and then discharged to ensure that no waste gas is discharged. Waste can be used as fuel to avoid secondary pollution.

2. How to deal with the residue?

Catalyst will keep the recycled oil stabilization, avoiding the recycled oil oxidate and color change back to black. So the recycled oil from our machine will keep yellow at least half one year or one year.

4. Why the machine needs work under vacuum condition?

The used oil distillation plant work under negative pressure, the boiling rage of the used oil is lower under high vacuum condition, if without vacuum unit, the oil will crack when temperature up to 420-450 degree and the oil will become to diesel when the temperature is 450 degree.
