HZKC-200 High Vacuum Pumping Unit For Transformers and SF6 Switches

HZKC provides the following alarm, protection and automatic shutdown functions to ensure the correct and safe operation of the equipment.

When HZKC works normally, no operator intervention is required. For some reason, when the equipment is in a dangerous situation, the internal safety system will force the equipment to stop automatically.

HZKC is divided into mobile and fixed structures. The mobile equipment can change the workplace as needed, and the universal brake casters it is equipped with help to arrange the equipment on a relatively narrow or uneven workplace. The fixed structure is used for long-term non-moving workplaces.

Check before starting

Step	Project	Remark
l	Turn on the power and close QS1 .	At this time, the power indicator light on the control panel is on
2	Check if the power light on the control panel is on. If the power supply is abnormal, troubleshoot the power supply according to the PR indicator light.	The PR will automatically cut off the power supply in case of power phase failure, wrong phase, over-voltage or over-low voltage .
3	Jog the vacuum pump contactor . Observe whether the motor turns correctly. And use the same method to check the rotation of Roots vacuum pump.	The direction of rotation of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the pump body.
4	If the motor turns incorrectly, disconnect the power supply and exchange the wiring of any two terminals among L1, L2, and L3.	The motor rotation has been correctly set before leaving the factory. This operation is only required after re-wiring the motor and the electric control box.
5	Add an appropriate amount of coolant to the water tank (it is recommended to use heat transfer oil or transformer oil, and tap water is prohibited )	Only water-cooled models come with water tank , circulation pump and radiator
6	Open the vacuum valve and start the vacuum pump. After running for 1 minute, check whether the oil level of the vacuum pump and Roots pump is within the allowable range.	The vacuum pump oil level should be between the two red scale lines on the vacuum pump oil level sight glass.
