Overview

HZ-1542 Anti-emulsification Tester for Petroleum and Synthetic Fluid was developed according to GB/T7305-2003 Determination of Water Separability of Petroleum and Synthetic Fluid, GB/T 7605-2008 Determination of Emulsification Degree of Turbine Oil in Operation and ASTM D1401. The principle of instrument test is to add 40ml sample and 40ml distilled water into a measuring cylinder at a certain constant temperature, stir for 5 minutes to form emulsion, and then measure the time required for emulsion separation (that is, when the volume of emulsion layer is not more than 3ml). After standing for 30 minutes, if the emulsion is not completely separated or the emulsified layer is not reduced to 3ml or less, record the volumes of oil layer, water layer and emulsified layer at this time. It is suitable for measuring the separation ability of petroleum products from water, and is widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, commodity inspection, universities and scientific research departments.
