Huazheng HZ-2000F Tan Delta Test Set of Transformer Bushing
Overview:
Measuring dielectric loss is a fundamental method for assessing the insulation performance of transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, capacitors, bushings, and lightning arresters. This dielectric loss tester replaces traditional bridge methods with advanced frequency conversion power technology, utilizing a microcontroller and modern electronics for automatic frequency conversion, A/D conversion, and data processing. It features strong anti-interference capability, high-speed testing, high precision, full digitalization, and intuitive operation.
Key Features & Technology:
Frequency Conversion Power Supply: Outputs pure 45Hz and 55Hz sinusoidal waves, automatically filtering 50Hz interference for reliable testing in high-interference environments like substations. Automatically pressurizes up to 10 kV.
High-Performance Components: Employs a high-power switching power supply, Fourier transform digital filtering, and microprocessor control for accurate capacitance (Cx) and dielectric loss (tanδ) measurements.
User Interface: Features a full-touch, large LCD with intuitive graphical operation, requiring minimal training. Complete measurement via touchscreen.
Data Management: Equipped with calendar clock and large memory for storing results with timestamps. Includes thermal printer for reports. Data exportable via USB drive for PC analysis with dedicated software.
Versatile Testing Modes:
Integrated standard capacitor and HV power supply for convenient field use.
CVT Testing: Automatic self-excited testing of C1, C2, total capacitance, tanδ, ratio, polarity, and phase error (with configurable HV/LV, HI/LO limits).
Reverse Wiring: Enables low-voltage shielded tanδ measurements (e.g., on grounded 220kV CVT C11).
AC Withstandance Testing: Suitable for PT/CT secondary sides and 400V systems.
External HV Compatibility: Identifies external supply frequency (40-70Hz), supporting series resonant supplies for large-capacity tests.
Oil Testing Capable: High accuracy meets oil dielectric loss measurement requirements (requires standard oil cup).
Robust Protection & Safety:
Grounding Enforcement: Prevents operation without proper earth connection.
Over-Current Protection: Safeguards against short circuits or breakdowns.
Electric Shock Protection: Instantly cuts HV output upon accidental contact.
Interlock: Requires safe grounding before enabling HV.
High Immunity: Maintains accuracy even under 200% electromagnetic interference.

Critical Safety Measures:
Read Manual: Carefully review this manual before operation.
Qualified Operator: Operators must possess general electrical equipment/instrument competency.
Environment: Use indoors/outdoors, but avoid rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
Avoid Vibration: Protect from violent impacts or vibration.
Authorized Maintenance: Only qualified professionals should perform maintenance, adjustments, or repairs. Always de-energize first. Live work is extremely hazardous and permitted only for personnel thoroughly familiar with the instrument's HV components.
Essential Grounding: Before any connections, reliably earth the instrument's grounding terminal using a proper earth cable.
High Voltage Hazard: Strictly adhere to safe procedures. Prevent others from contacting HV components/circuits. Test area must be clearly marked/secured (ropes, fences, warnings). Only authorized personnel near HV areas. Testers must fully understand HV circuits and operation.
Fuse Replacement: Replace blown fuses only with identical types/specifications. Never substitute types or bypass fuses.
Troubleshooting: If malfunction occurs, power OFF and wait at least 1 minute before inspection.
