Insulation oil dielectric strength tester is our company's all scientific research and technical personnel, according to the national standard GB507-1986 and the relevant provisions of IEC60156 international standard, give play to their own advantages, after many field tests and long-term unremitting efforts, carefully developed and development of high accuracy, full digital industrial instruments. In order to meet the needs of different users, this series of instruments can be divided into single cup three cups and multiple cup models. The instrument is easy to operate, beautiful and generous in shape. Because of the use of automatic digital microcomputer control, so the measurement accuracy is high, anti-interference ability is strong, safe and reliable. The instrument is powered by lithium battery, and the test is conducted without external power supply.

Precautions

1. Before using this instrument, be sure to read this operation manual in detail;

2. Instrument operators should be familiar with the general use of electrical equipment or analytical instruments;

3. The instrument can be used both inside and outside the household, but should avoid rain, corrosive gas, high concentration dust, high temperature or direct sunlight;

4. Oil cups should be kept clean. During the suspension period, enough amount of dry qualified insulation oil should be added to keep the oil cup damp;

5. After the electrode is continuously used for a month, an inspection should be conducted to check whether the electrode gap changes, and observe whether the electrode surface has the dark phenomenon with a magnifying glass. If there is this phenomenon, wipe the electrode surface with silk cloth, and readjust the electrode gap, so that it meets the requirements;

6. The maintenance and debugging of the instrument shall be completed by professional personnel;

7. After the power is connected, the operator shall not touch the shell of the oil cup lid to avoid the danger of electric shock!

8. Before use, the instrument enclosure must be reliably grounded!

9. During the use of the instrument, the power supply should be cut off immediately if any abnormality is found.

10. After the instrument is used up, it must be charged and stored. Keep the battery voltage above 12V for storage.

11. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the instrument must be charged on the 15th day to avoid the damage caused by the lithium battery after power loss for a long time.

Simple Troubleshooting

1. No response on boot Check that the insurance tube is left intact;

2. Do not boost pressure Check whether the oil cup tank lid is well covered;

3. The pressure boost does not breakdown normally Check that the settings limits the boost speed;

4. There is no display after breakdown Check the oil cup for dirt;

5. You can't print paper Check the printer for any paper;

6. Replace print paper The printer has printed paper installed at the factory. If the printing paper is used up, you need to install the new printing paper by yourself. Installation method Open the printer storage bin, put the printing paper in, and extend a part of it. Print paper light facing the thermal serrated direction.
