I.Overview

Petroleum product ash content tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T508, GB/T2433, SH/T0067 ASTM D482 standards. It is used for the determination of ash content of oil products and lubricating grease sulfate.

This instrument is suitable for the determination of ash content of petroleum products containing ash additives (including some additives containing phosphorus compounds), lubricating oil containing lead and used engine crankcase oil.

The instrument adopts a new ceramic furnace as a heating body, which is suitable for detecting the ash content of sulphates in lubricating oil containing additives and additive concentrates of blending lubricating oil

II. Performance characteristics

1. The shell is made of steel plate by folding and welding, with electrostatic spraying on the surface. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.

2. The furnace is made of ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating

speed (it can rise to 1000℃ in about 30 minutes) and good heat preservation effect (it is not hot to touch the shell by hａnd when it reaches 1000℃).

3. The control system adopts high-precision P.I.D intelligent instrument, which has self-setting, temperature error correction, timing, overtemperature alarm, good temperature stability and high precision.

The control circuit adopts no contact, which has the characteristics of no noise and high reliability.
