ASTM D381 Existent Gum Evaporation Bath
I. Overview
The HZ-1007A existent gum evaporation bath is designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 509 standard. It is an instrument mainly used to determine the quality of fuel (gasoline, kerosene, diesel) produced by the engine when it is used.
II. Structural features and working principle
Structural features: HZ-1007A existent gum evaporation bath is divided into two parts: metal bath and main control box. The main control box includes flowmeter, filter, digital temperature controller, etc. The control system uses digital temperature
The control meter can visually display the set temperature and the actual temperature, and it is easy to set the temperature and correct the temperature difference.
Working principle: Compressed air with a certain flow rate enters the air inlet of the main control box, enters the air inlet of the metal bath through the air outlet, and the coil enters the grinding port tee, and then blows into the grooves respectively. The whole process depends on the difference of the tested oil, and the constant temperature is required to be within 150±3°C (gasoline), 180±3°C (kerosene), and 250±5°C (diesel).
