1. Tech features

Measurement Method
Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch joint, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe;
Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the micro-water meter; connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet.
Finally, connect the switch connector with the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench;
Initialization
Turn on the power switch of the instrument, and the instrument enters the initial self-calibration process, which takes about 10 seconds.
Check the power
This instrument recommends to use alternating current first.
When using DC power, please check the battery power displayed on the upper right corner, if the power is less than a quarter, please turn off the power and continue to use it after charging.
Start measuring
First open all the flow valves on the panel, and then use the instrument to measure the needle valve on the pipeline to adjust the flow, adjust the flow to 0.5L/M~0.75L/M, and start measuring the SF6 humidity.
Store data
After the equipment measurement is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument, press the "OK" key to call out the operation menu, the specific operation method is shown in the next section.
Measure other equipment
After a piece of equipment is measured, close the needle valve on the measurement pipeline and the regulating valve on the micro-water meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue to measure other devices, please do not turn off the power of the instrument, and continue to measure the next device according to the above steps.
End of measurement
After the measurement of all equipment is completed, turn off the power of the micro water meter.
Precautions
The instrument should be placed in a safe place to prevent it from being broken. Avoid violent vibrations.
Do not measure corrosive gases.
The instrument should be charged in time before use. When charging, you only need to connect the power cord to the 220V socket, without turning on the power switch, the instrument will automatically charge, and the charging time generally takes more than 10 hours.
