I.Application
Standard capacitors are an indispensable and important instrument for every multi-functional modern high-voltage laboratory. SF6 insulated standard capacitors are mainly used in bridge circuits to measure the dielectric loss factors and capacity of test products including cables, capacitors, bushings, transformers and power transformers.
YL series standard capacitors can also be used as a high-voltage part of the capacitor voltage divider. Its good temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient ensure ultra-high accuracy of voltage measurement. With the low-voltage arm of the amplifier, it can be used for the calibration of voltage transformers. Used for accurate voltage measurement on the high-voltage output side of the transformer.
The standard capacitors of YL series standard capacitors higher than 800kV can provide C12 standard capacitance and C13+QND standard voltage divider, which can be provided by traditional capacitors. An additional approximately 200pF coupling capacitor can also be provided for partial discharge measurement.
YL series standard capacitors have a unique internal partial pressure structure, which requires a strong high-voltage withstand capability even in a 95% non-condensing humidity environment. We use a special stainless steel material to ensure the perfect combination of temperature and voltage coefficient.
Standard capacitors used indoors can be equipped with a double-layer circular equalizing ring or circular disc equalizing ring. For standard capacitors used outdoors, we are equipped with a double-layer equalizing ring made of aluminum alloy tubes, which can guarantee the connection with other high-voltage circuits. II. Design Features:
Based on more than 20 years of industry experience, in the design stage, we developed two different standard capacity designs. For the standard capacity below 600kV, we use the traditional standard capacity design. The design principle is more compact and compact. Compared with the standard capacity of the same industry, our size is only about 1/2 to 1/3 of the counterparty.
◆ For standard capacitors above 600kV, we use a new internal voltage division structure, which can smooth the electrical strength of the entire external insulation, allowing our standard capacitors to operate for a long time at the rated voltage in a high humidity environment.
◆ All the electrodes in the standard volume are made of special stainless steel, which can ensure the best temperature and voltage coefficient stability.
◆ Use perfect gas leakage detection technology and technology to realize that standard capacitors can guarantee less than 1% pressure leakage per year.
◆ The pressure gauge uses the German brand of WiKA, and the joint is regarded as the German brand of DILO, ensuring world-class quality.
