Automatic Washing Transformer Oil Dielectric Loss Dissipation Factor Test Equipment

I.Introduction

HZJD-2Z Transformer oil dielectric loss and resistivity test equipment, is designed and manufactured based on GB/T5654-2007 of《Liquid insulating material of relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity measurements》. It is used for measuring dielectric dissipation factor and DC resistivity of insulating oil and other insulating liquids. The instrument is characterized by integrated structure, and integrates test cell, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source and other major components. The instrument adopts full digital technology and all of the intelligent automatic measurement, is equipped with large screen (240*128) LCD display with full Chinese menu, which each step has prompted the Chinese, the test results can be automatically stored and printed output, so that the operator without professional training will be able to use it proficiently.

Common Probelms

1. The screen displays “Please calibrating dry cell".

A：The dry cell calibration is needed when the capacitance value of test cell is not in the range of 60±5pF.

① The electric discharge phenomena will appear if the internal or external electrode of test cell is not in place or the internal electrode is not assembled well.

② The test cell is needed cleaning if it is not clean or there are impurities between the inner and outer electrodes.

2. The instrument returns to the main interface after the buzzer beeps 5 times.

A：①Check if the capacitance value of dry cell is within the range of 60±5pF.

②Check whether the test cell is in place, and if it appears discharge phenomenon.

3. When testing DC resistivity, the time for 60 seconds of electrochemical process makes no changes.

A：Check if the instrument’s clock is in operation, and adjust the clock.

4. When the unit of the voltage parameter to be set displays non-zero, how to do?

A：Press the [down] key to make the voltage parameter to be set becoming the minimum, and then click the [up] key to adjust it .
