I. Instructions for Use
HZ-1301 Automatic distillation tester is designed and manufactured according to GB / T 6536-2010 ASTM D86 ISO3045
HZ-1301 Automatic distillation tester adopts modular design, advanced sensor and high-precision AD conversion circuit are used in the detection part, and multiple industrial applications, high-reliability 24 - bit RISC structure and ultra-low power consumption microprocessor are used in the main control part. The HZ-1301 Automatic distillation tester is driven by stepping motors in all the moving parts, and has the characteristics of high precision, low noise, reliable operation, small maintenance and long service time.

The HZ-1301 Automatic distillation tester automatically detects the atmospheric pressure of the environment and the working temperature in the tester, and automatically compensates the measurement results under the standard atmospheric pressure, thus increasing the comparability of the test results.

IV. Transport and storage

V. The preparatory work before installation and testing
1. Installation position
The automatic boiling range analyzer is preferably installed in a laboratory with a good ventilation device or in a test bench or fume cupboard near the fume cupboard, so as to eliminate toxic gases in the detection process in time and ensure the safety and non-toxicity of operators.
2. Install the power supply
Plug the power cord with the instrument into the power socket at the back of the body and plug the other end into the 220 V AC power socket. Power on to work.
