I.Overview
HZ-1023A Liquid Phase Corrosion Tester is designed and manufactured according to national standard GB/T 11143. It is suitable for measuring the rusting ability of metal parts when lubricating oil and water are mixed under this standard to evaluate the anti-rust performance of additives.
II.Features
HZ-1023A Liquid Phase Corrosion Tester is an upper and lower arrangement type instrument, which is mainly composed of constant temperature bath, electronic control constant temperature system and standard sample stirring device. This model is a four-hole.
The constant temperature bath is made of stainless steel plate welded by argon arc welding, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The built-in metal heating tube and stirrer make the temperature in the bath uniform and constant.
The electronically controlled constant temperature system uses a digital temperature control meter to control the temperature of the constant temperature bath. The digital temperature control table can be used to visually display the set temperature and the actual temperature, making it easy to perform temperature setting and temperature difference correction.
The standard sample mixing device is small and has a millimeter line on the agitator, which makes the installation of the mixer more convenient, fast and accurate.
