1. Product overview

A portable energy meter calibration device dedicated to the verification of three-phase AC electric energy meters and power meters. It has a built-in three-phase standard source and has three specifications of 0.02 level / 0.05 level / 0.1 level. The basic electric energy error detection of the electric energy meter, the constant test of the electric energy meter, the standard deviation, the start-up test, the creeping test and other test items can be completed with one piece of equipment. Reference standards: GB/T 11150-2001, JJG 597-2005, JJG 307-2006, JJG 596-2012, etc.

2. Features

The maximum output of the three-phase standard source is 456 V / 120 A, which can ensure the stability of the value output under the condition of full load.

The current output is as low as 2 mA, which is the basis for the starting test of the tested electric energy meter.

The value adjustment has multiple methods such as rotary encoder, position adjustment, stepping ratio, etc., and can be adjusted in three phases or in phases.

Phasor diagram display: arbitrarily adjust the phase between the three-phase electricity and display it directly in the form of phasor diagram.

Man-machine function: Equipped with a large-size LCD touch color screen, the value display is intuitive, and the operation is convenient.

Harmonic function (optional): It can be loaded with harmonics of 2 to 21 times, with adjustable amplitude/phase, for harmonic influence test.

Professional software (optional): supports semi-automatic and fully automatic verification; data management, certificate export.

Verify or calibrate three-phase active energy meters of 0.2S and below, and three-phase reactive energy meters of 0.5 and below

Verify or calibrate the three-phase active power meter of class 0.2S and below, and the three-phase reactive power meter of class 0.5 and below

Verify or calibrate three-phase AC voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, power factor meter, etc. of class 0.2 and below
