I.Overview

III.Operating Principle

According to the industry standard requirements of relevant test methods of cold filter plugging point, put the test tube with the sample into the instrument cold bath, and cool it under the specified conditions. When the temperature control system of the instrument reaches the temperature set by the test, compare it with the value of the standard thermometer. When their readings are the same, the sample is sucked into the suction tube through the standard filter screen of controllable suction filter. Repeat this step every time the temperature of the sample is lower than the previous temperature by 1℃, until the amount of wax crystallization in the sample is enough to stop the flow or reduce the flow rate, record the temperature when the tube is filled with sample for more than 60s or the sample cannot return to the test cup completely as the cold filter plugging point of the sample, and the test is completed.
