I. Carbon Residue Tester Description

II.Working principle overview

This instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer control system, according to a pre-set program, directing the coordinated operation of various components. This machine can receive balance data; it can automatically control the progress of the experiment according to standard requirements: increase the temperature at a constant rate at a rate of 10℃～15℃ and finally keep the temperature constant within the range of 500℃±2℃; automatically adjust the nitrogen flow rate as required ; Automatically perform various actions in accordance with the time sequence, and each step will have a different sound to remind the user of the progress of the experiment. The system collects experimental data, automatically calculates the experimental results, and saves and prints the data according to user requirements. This instrument is designed with an all-Chinese interface, and there are current operation prompts at the bottom of each interface. The user does not even need to read the manual, as long as the operation is carried out according to the current prompts.
