The seller guarantee the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given 12 (twelve) months which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this period, the seller will provide free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality, but the buyer must pay the round trip tickets and accommodation expenses for seller's technicians and usd100 a day for technicians.
